📋 Your Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide exceptional customer service by professionally receiving and processing all service requests

✅ Collaborate with SAMs to develop proposals and follow up with customers to increase closing ratios

✅ Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections of receivables

✅ Maintain regular communication with Service Technicians, SAMs, and customers

✅ Assist in preparing activity reports, proposals, bids, service agreements, and other sales materials

✅ Meet scheduled deadlines and perform additional duties as assigned
